Refund policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. Returns must be shipped within 7 days.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Please note: a $5 return fee applies to each return and will be deducted from your refund.

• Follow the guided steps to submit your return

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a prepaid return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items

Some items are final sale and cannot be returned, including:

    • Items marked as final sale
    • Sale items
    • Gift cards

Exchanges
The fastest way to get a different item is to return the one you have, and once the return is approved, place a new order.


Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you if your refund is approved. If approved, it will be processed back to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved and you haven’t received your refund, please contact us at returns@etelapetite.com.
